Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) design is critical to assessing a component’s or system’s acceptability for its intended use. The PAT’s plan must ensure that the correct process and procedures have been used in its manufacture. It could include insuring the correct monitoring is in place, the required components are installed and configuration change control has been maintained.

Crossfire Engineering, Inc. (CEI) will evaluate the mission oand life expectancy of the component or system and design the PAT to insure random mistakes in manufacture and configuration will not affect the mission. Documentation is essential in PAT and provides a record of the component’s or system’s life history throughout it useful life. This documentation will prove valuable history, should a failure occur and corrective action must be taken.
