Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Crossfire Engineering, Inc. (CEI) will assist the Program Executive Officer (PEO) and the Program Manager (PM) in preparing documentation for the planning and implementing ILS as an integral part of assigned materiel acquisition programs to implement Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) in accordance with Army Regulation 700–127. We are able to assist the program manager (PM) in Total Life Cycle Systems Management (TLCSM) in meeting warfighter support performance and sustainment requirements for the life of a system from acquisition to disposal. In support of this our retired engineering personal have extensive experience with the preparing, review and implementation of all documentation relating to:

    Final equipment descriptions and interface drawings

    Equipment Installation Manuals and M.M. (Maintenance Manuals)

    Product Acceptance Tests (PATs)

    Qualification Test Procedures (QTP's) and Qualification Test Reports (QTR's)

    Designing, specifying and performance monitoring of destructive and non-destructive testing

    Environmental test equipment selection and fixture design in accordance with Mil-STD 810

    Failure Modes, Effects, Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to assist in redundant design planing of critical components and the prediction of product failure rates.
